These terms describe the use of Instrumenta Omnia and the limits of its tools. Before processing a file, you must confirm your authority over the content and acceptance of these terms.

Service and scope
The tools currently available are free and require no registration. They provide automated processing and general information within the features, formats and limits stated on each page. They are not a personalised professional service.
Inputs and checking results
Check inputs, units, settings and results before relying on them. Keep a copy of your originals and check converted documents, especially formatting, formulas, recognised text and transcriptions. Automated processing and artificial intelligence models may produce errors, omissions or artefacts.
Content rights and authority
Only upload files you have the right and authority to process. If they contain other people’s data, confidential information, images, works or recordings, ensure that uploading and processing are permitted, including under confidentiality and data protection obligations. The checkbox confirms this declaration and acceptance of these terms; it does not replace the necessary rights or permissions.
Limited use of files
You retain your rights to your content. You authorise only the technical operations necessary to receive and process your files and return the requested result, for the time needed for those operations. This does not authorise publication, sale, reuse of content or model training. Processing, temporary files, deletion and outstanding provider checks are described in the privacy notice; we do not promise the absence of all technical copies throughout the infrastructure.
Health and nutrition
BMI, metabolism and energy requirements are general estimates within the population limits stated. They do not provide diagnoses, prescriptions or treatment advice. For decisions about health or nutrition, or if you have symptoms or medical conditions, consult a qualified professional.
Finance, tax and calculations
Financial simulations, returns, instalments and tax calculations depend on the inputs and assumptions stated on the page. They are not personalised financial or tax advice, credit offers or promises of returns. Check tax rates, applicable rules, charges and contractual documents before making commitments or filing returns.
Signatures and PDF changes
The signing tool adds a graphical representation or name to a document. It does not issue certificates, verify identity or create a qualified electronic signature. It does not guarantee that your document meets applicable formal requirements. Changing an already digitally signed PDF may invalidate its signatures: check the result and applicable requirements.
Barcodes
EAN-13 generation creates a symbol and calculates or checks its check digit. It does not assign a GTIN or authorised GS1 identifier, certify uniqueness or ownership, or guarantee acceptance by retailers or marketplaces. For commercial use, verify number assignment and print readability.
Lawful use and security
Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, process unlawful content, spread malware or bypass protections without authority. Unlocking tools are only for documents you are authorised to unlock. We may limit abusive or dangerous requests to protect the service and other users.
Availability and liability
Maintenance, faults or technical limits may interrupt the service; we do not offer a contractually guaranteed level of availability. Warnings explain the scope of the tools and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory rights, consumer protections and statutory remedies remain unaffected, including for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and personal injury attributable to the operator.
Updates and contact
The date identifies the published version. Changes apply to uses after publication and do not retrospectively change completed operations. For questions, error reports or content rights, contact the operator using the details above. Privacy and cookies are covered by separate notices.
